ANY spam or unwanted submissions will be discarded. A certain email (Or connected account) will be striked if any unwanted behavior or spam occurs. Each email (Or connected account) has 3 strikes. After the third strike, the email or connected account will no longer be able to send tech help requests. All emails or connected accounts will have a log of tech help submissions. if a tech help inquiry does not receive an email/in-website chat response within 7 days of submission, it will be discarded. Feel free to resubmit your inquiry at any time. The first response from onpointechteam@gmail.com may not be the solution to your problem. It may be a confirmation that On point tech is actively finding a solution to your problem. If your inquiry is on a topic specifically covered by the official FAQ on our forums, On Point Tech will provide you a link to the FAQ page on the related topic. By clicking "Submit" you agree to all of the listed rules.
